Originally built in the early 1900’s and brought back to life in 2012, The Thomas features Fagiani’s, a lively bar on the ground floor with a world-class cocktail program, an open-kitchen with a wood fire grill on the second floor, and a roof top terrace with park and river views on the third floor.
The menu featuring locally produced ingredients is enlivened by a wood-fire grill and enriched by Michelin-starred chef Brad Farmerie’s unique style using international flavors and culinary twists.
