Brasa Churrascaria and Brew Pub is an authentic brazillian rodizio style restaurant where skewered fire-roasted meat is served table side. In the Southern Pampas of Brazil the “Gauchos” (cowboys) roamed the land, caring for their herds. Each night they would build bonfires for warmth, and to cook their evening meals. From these fires rose traditions of the “Churrasco” or barbecue. The Gauchos mastered the art of slowly cooking savory cuts of beef, chicken, pork, and lamb on large skewers, rotisserie style, over an open flame. Guests were always welcomed to enjoy the succulent feast and dine until well satisfied.
