At the Prickly Pear Cantina, Chef Rodney has created a California-inspired Mexican menu that takes traditional south-of-the-border recipes to a whole new level. Our colorful, festive eatery features both home-style dishes and innovative cuisine, from hearty Mexican-inspired cazuelas and soups to refined grilled fish and meats. To accompany our superb food, we offer nearly 100 different tequilas from our beautiful bar, a popular meeting place lined with rows of tequila bottles and wrought-iron detailing.
