Our exhibition kitchen produces a large menu featuring many selections from all over the Mediterranean which are sure to please everyone’s tastes. You may begin with the very popular Mediterranean Platter which includes housemade Grapeleaf Dolmas, tasty Hummus, Tabouli and Eggplant Puree accompanied by our Flat Bread from the wood-burning oven. Or, perhaps start with the succulent Sea Scallops which are grilled with a touch of Saffron and fresh lemon.
