Chef Matthew Lackey strives to offer responsibly sourced meat and fish and locally grown produce whenever possible. Middle Tennessee and the surrounding areas provide a vast selection of delicious artisan foods. We collaborate with and promote nearly a dozen nearby farms and producers.
Wine Director and Co-owner Scott Sears has compiled a superb high-value selection of delicious and often unfamiliar wines from around the globe, the majority of which are available by the glass. Scott aims to provide guests with the opportunity to explore wines they’ve never tasted or even heard of before, or to get to know wines that are variations on their favorites.
A few important notes:
- Flyte would not be considered “kid-friendly.” Children are welcome, but we do not provide specialized menus, furniture or distractions appropriate for small children.
- We firmly believe that a clean and fresh palate is paramount to the enjoyment of your dining experience; therefore, Flyte is a non-smoking restaurant and bar.
- We ask that all guests silence their cell phones during their visit. We have provided a cell-phone booth near the host desk for your privacy and convenience.
