The food at Cerveteca Downtown LA can perhaps be best described as “California Latino fusion.” Chef Momma (Consuelo Hermosillo) makes the homemade sauces found on nearly every dish. Chef Niko (Nikolas Triguero) is the mastermind behind the very best in California cuisine. Chef Nacho (Jae Hoon Chin) presents a unique array of seafood in the restaurant’s well-stocked raw bar. The end result is simple: comfort, passion, and quality. The presentation and service is well-managed by Rode Maldonado (operations kitchen manager).

Oscar Hermosillo draws from the diversity of his Los Angeles native team to create a culmination of flavors that are both familiar and exciting … authentically Los Angeles.
