Fork-In Aussie Pie Kitchen has closed. Launched in Santa Monica in 2014, Fork-In Aussie Pie Kitchen has reinvented the Aussie pie.
Our Chef is “Chopped” Champion Chef, Joe Youkhan, and we have created a complete fork-in meal, not a hand held snack.
We take three days to make our pies. We marinate pie fillings for 24-28 hours, then on Day 2, we slow cook for 2-4 hours. On Day 3, we blind bake our pastry and finish the pie with a croissant top.
