We are seeing the development of a gluten intolerant society and as a result it is forcing individuals to eliminate certain foods that they love from their diets.
We offer the solution. Our bakery carries organic, non-GMO, gluten free and dairy free products that have a light delicate taste as well as texture.

Our Story
Twelve years ago, my daughter Katherine (Katie) started to have a reaction to gluten and dairy. It was quite difficult at that time to find baking products that were both gluten and dairy free.
I starting experimenting with gluten free flours and non-dairy milks in the hope to create products that would taste like ‘the real thing’. Four years later, I accomplished my goal and those experiments turned into a full baking line.
My son Charles and I run our small family owned business and it our wish to help others who have dietary challenges.
