Paolo Tini has fond memories of growing up in Rimini. As a child, he watched his grandmother cooking and saw the joy it brought her. He knew he wanted to do the same. He also watched his father, Cesare Tini’s, career in the culinary field and through him learned the art of being a successful restauranteur.
Paolo took the first step toward his dream by attending Scuola Alberghiera Palace, a culinary school in his hometown of Rimini, where he fine-tuned his kitchen skills and perfected his recipes. He worked his way starting as a bus boy and learned every aspect of the restaurant business.
He came to the United States in 1982 joining his father at Donatello restaurant before opening his own restaurant, Caffé Paradiso, in 1995.
For over 20 years, Paolo has greeted his guests and treats both old and new customers like family.
Paolo’s passion for food and service is enduring. Unlike many restaurants in the industry, his team stays. Some of his staff have been with him for over 18 years. This ensures that the quality of Caffé Paradiso remains consistent.
