Hyde Street Seafood House & Raw Bar – San Francisco

Our restaurant specializes in “En Papillotte” cooking, which has been our house specialty for over 25 years. En Papillotte is a traditional French technique of baking in parchment paper. It’s prepared with julienned vegetables, fresh herbs, white wine and a selection of fresh seafood. Then it’s wrapped in parchment paper and baked to prefection, sealing in all the natural juices and favors.

Whether dropping by for raw oysters and drinks at the bar, or staying ’til the last bite of the house made desserts, locals and out of towners alike return time after time to our location tucked between Nob Hill and Russian Hill.

Happy Hour: 5:00 PM - 7:00 PM daily (excluding certain holidays and special occasions)
