The tastes of Ruchi are a collection of simple home-style flavors primarily from Andhra Pradesh and Tamil Nadu in the south of India. Our recipes have been carefully passed from generation to generation, with each new set of hands intent on preserving the spirit and integrity of the original recipes.
We prepare all our meals from scratch daily, using only fresh-from-the-market ingredients.
