At Chez TJ we are very passionate about the quality of ingredients we use to create our courses. From the flour in the bread to the butter on the tables all the way down to the sage we use. The origin, quality and freshness of our raw ingredients are our number one priority in preparing our phenomenal cuisine. Every day Chef Jarad carefully chooses the ingredients he uses. The produce selected from our very own garden, the local market or Heirloom Organics. The wild seafood sourced exclusively from the Japanese market, where they handle fish with extreme care and all of our meats from pasture raised animals in their natural habitat.
We offer two tasting menu that changes daily in accordance to our finest ingredients and the season:
Our Chef’s Tasting Menu is an eight-course pre-fix. Please allow up to 3 hours or more, depending on the speed that you eat
Our Abbreviated Menu is a four-course pre-fix. Please allow up to 2 hours or more, depending on the speed that you eat.
