The San Jose location is our flagship restaurant; this is where it all began. Mizu opened in 2009 and quickly became one of the most popular Asian fusion restaurants in San Jose. Mizu established a reputation that was a direct reflection of our mission in which our master chefs and attentive servers built from day one. Since inception, our reviews spread like wildfire through popular review sites. We have consistently received high ratings making us one of the highest rated restaurants in the Bay Area.
