Simple Asian Street Food elevated with great ingredients, refined techniques & made in the USA. Will Pacio, Founder, wanted to create a place to introduce the truly authentic and crazy deliciousness of Asian streetfood to more people – so Spice Kit was born.
Spice Kit’s menu is focused; offering bánh mì, ssäm, salads and snacks. Spice Kit uses organic ingredients and meats that have been naturally raised.
Will has worked with some of the best in French fine dining. He cooked with Thomas Keller at per se in New York and later led initiatives for all of Thomas Keller’s restaurants from The French Laundry. Will is a graduate of New York’s French Culinary Institute.
Fred spent the past few years cooking with Ron Siegel at the Ritz Carlton Dining Room in San Francisco. Fred is a graduate of the California Culinary Academy, but his cooking training started early on from his parents, who have been running restaurants since before he could walk.
In short, these guys can cook.
