BarBistro is located in the Arts Factory, in the heart of the 18b Las Vegas Arts District. Every dish, every sauce, every meal, is homemade and meticulously prepared with the freshest of ingredients. We support our community and locally source ingredients whenever possible. Enjoy food, wine and art in the artistic, funky surroundings of the BarBistro. Stop by any night and you’ll find a variety of interesting people and events such as firespinning, Lechón (suckling pig) roasts, vintage bike nights (every third Friday) and “Out of the Deseart” bluegrass at the Hangover Brunch Sunday.
