ARCADIA, a modern American steakhouse in downtown San Jose, is known for its prime cuts of beef, fresh fish and poultry. Executive Chef Evan Perlick prepares Mina classics such as Lobster Corn Dogs and Ahi Tuna Tartare, and Truffled Mac & Cheese.
Classics include Maine Lobster Pot Pie, and Whole Fried Chicken for Two. Other featured favorites are Glazed Alaskan Black Cod, an array of Specialty Steaks and sides such as Wood-Roasted Mushrooms.
