The Third Branch of Aventine opens this Spring in Glen Ellen featuring a full bar, brewery and farm fresh to table dishes by Executive Chef Adolfo Veronese. Located in the historic Grist Mill in Glen Ellen, Chef Adolfo and his partners, Rodrigo Nevado and Gian Paolo Veronese, create a modern interpretation of the Italian Osteria experience where old rustic and familiar style is fused with the bounty of flavors native to beautiful Sonoma.
