When I decided to open a new restaurant, I searched for different cuisines that would be suitable to the location and the building. The beauty and elegance of the building’s unique structure brought to me thoughts of the Chateaus of France and that’s how Chateau West began, a uniquely American restaurant whose inspiration lies in the Chateaus of France.
