Wood Fired Pizza & Authentic Italian Specialties. In a collaboration with brother Michele and sister in law Leslie. Giuseppe Manzone is opening “Cugini Manzone” in the Elmood Neighborhood formerly occupied by Fillipo’s at 2930 College Ave Berkeley.
The Manzone’s have imported a wood burning pizza oven from Italy and plan on making not just authentic Italian pizzas from scratch, but also making many Italian dishes using the imported oven. Giuseppe and Michele are two of the original owners of “Cugini” located on Solano Ave in Albany. They also opened “Cugini” in Orinda and were there from 2000-2006. They built both restaurants from the ground up.
We offer take out for customers, catering both for pick up or on site with complete staff available for off site events.
