Curadero brings warm, fun cantina vibes to the edge of Gaslamp San Diego with a relaxed menu capturing favorite traditional dishes from specific regions within Mexico. We’re serious about our food and drink; but our real goal is to bring people together.
Chefs Brad Kraten and Emiliano Najera serve up traditional, regional Mexican specialties all day, from torta de chilequile for breakfast to ceviche and coctels made with seafood caught off the coast of Baja for dinner. Tacos and larger dishes are made and served with handmade corn tortillas. To complement the food, the bar serves cocktails based around Tequila, Mezcal, and other Mexican spirits, as well as a comprehensive list of Mexican craft beers.
