With a menu created by Chef Scott Commings (Hell’s Kitchen Season 12 Champion), Freedom Beat takes its diners on a culinary road trip – from Madison, Wisconsin to Austin, Texas to the Rocky Mountains of Colorado to America’s heartland. Featuring such soon-to-be Las Vegas favorites as Chicken Fried Bacon, Beer Can Chicken and Red, White and Blue Velvet Waffles, the restaurant also offers a cocktail and beer selection featuring regional boilermakers, craft beers and signature drinks, that like the food, are inspired by regional favorites and recipes.
