Dan Gordon and Dean Biersch opened the original Gordon Biersch Brewery Restaurant in downtown Palo Alto in 1988 at the site of the once historic Bijou Theatre. Gordon Biersch Palo Alto was an integral part of what has become one of the Bay Area’s premier restaurant destinations.
Fresh, hand crafted beer and premium, made from scratch food… all served up in a friendly and fun atmosphere – that’s what the Gordon Biersch experience is all about.
