Boulder Station’s Grand Café features an excellent selection of affordable food. We may not have the cheapest food in Las Vegas, but we certainly do provide the best value! Try something hot off the griddle, like a stack of buttermilk pancakes or a hearty all-American breakfast skillet. Want something a little cooler and crisper? Our salads will fill you up, rather than out, but our overstuffed sandwiches on the other hand, are a whole different story.
