Experience our little corner of Argentina at La Boca, the city’s top Zagat cuisine rated steakhouse. Here, the finest cuts of beef are served simply and traditionally. Housemade specialties include pastas, Chorizo de la Casa, crisp salads, standout french fries, and memorable desserts. An Argentine wine list complements your dinner and the Pisco Sour is a great beginning.
My partners and I opened La Boca’s doors on Fulton Street in 2006. We were thankful that the restaurant was an immediate hit with both locals and critics. After eight years of growth and success within the exposed bricks and beams of that rustic dining room, we made the move to our current location on Tchoupitoulas Street, affording us the room to accommodate our growing clientele of loyal guests and out of town visitors. This beautiful new space is designed to reflect the original spirit and atmosphere of our beginnings, while bringing its own vibrance to what we do. From the expanded wine list to the lively bar to the flavors of our cuisine, La Boca is Argentine inspired and New Orleans made.
Certified Angus Beef, Painted Hills Organic Beef from Oregon, locally raised beef from Two Run Farms in Vaughn Mississippi, and Snake River American Kobe are on the menu. You’ll also want to try some of Chef Jared Ralls’ housemade specialties. Whether you enjoy the pastas like our Noqui (potato dumplings with pancetta, peas and cream), the Morcilla (blood sausage), or our French Fries La Boca, which take three days to perfect, dine here and you’ll know this is no ordinary steakhouse. Reservations are strongly encouraged.
