A new French Brasserie from The Pubbelly Boys. L”echon Brasserie, part of the local favorite Pubbelly Restaurant Group, is located in the Hilton Cabana Miami Beach. The menu and specials (which change nightly) are seasonally inspired and focus on French classics in a made-to-share format. Great seats are plentiful and whether it’s inside at the chef’s counter or outside on their all-weather patio, you can’t go wrong.
