Mathilde French Bistro opened its door on August 20th, 2015, in the South of Market area, it is the reincarnation of Le Charm French bistro, whom had been at the same location for the last 21 years. Mathilde French Bistro is the name sake of its partner Mathilde Gravel, along with the original partners of Le Charm, Lina Yew and her husband Thierry Clement, also chef owner of L’ardoise French bistro.
