We pride ourselves in taking the time to do things right. Even though our pizzas only take 90 seconds fire, we lovingly invest time and energy to collect and prep our ingredients so that our pizzas, salads, and sandwiches taste the way we remember them tasting in Italy.
Our dough comes from a generations-old mother dough (this is one of our secrets!) We make our own cheeses fresh, daily. Whatever herbs and veggies we don’t source from local, organic farms we grow ourselves in our rooftop garden. And, the meat! We use only the finest traditional Italian charcuterie and our own house-made sausage.
