At Nelore Churrascaria, the dining experience is centered on our traditional Brazilian hospitality. It all starts with the authentic, Brazilian staff. From the greeters to the servers, that hospitality is first nature!
As you are seated, you will notice a few things. First, you’ll notice the gauchos roaming around the dining room. “Gaucho” is the name given to Brazilian cowboys that have been roasting meat over open flames for centuries. Our gauchos will be there to slice your share of any of the 15 cuts of premier beef, chicken, pork right from their skewers.
The next thing you’ll notice is a little round puck at each place setting. One side is red and one side is green. To keep the food coming, just flip the disk to green and a gaucho will arrive to offer you more. Or you can flip it back to red and take your time to enjoy and savor your meal at your own pace.
Before filling up on the meat, be sure to start at our extensive salad bar, offering more than 40 hot & cold dishes to complement your dinner, including some Brazilian specialties. Some of the dishes on the salad bar include a variety of salads and vegetables, rare cheeses, tabule, carreteiro rice, smoked salmon and more. Once you are ready for some meat just flip your disk to green and gauchos will come around and start serving all different selections of meat.
All of our guests will be treated to our world famous Brazilian cheese bread to accompany the steak, and can choose our specialty drink, the Caipirinha, or a perfect glass of wine from our extensive Wine Spectator Award-winning wine list. Our wine list consists of a wide selection of varietals from different regions, however if its South American reds you like, you’ll most certainly be satisfied! Selections include Marques de Caceres Grand Reserve from Spain, Merlot Miolo Bento Goncalves from Brazil, and Chateau de La Tour Burgundy from France just to name a few. As for whites we serve Alamos Chardonnay from Argentina, Banfi Pinot Grigio from Italy, Cousino Macul Reisling from Chile and many more. If you prefer a cocktail, try our Brazilian world famous “Caipirinha” made with lime, sugar, cachaça and crushed ice.
Once you’ve filled up on the main course, indulge yourself and finish off with an after dinner drink or cognac and one of our delightful dessert selections. Our specialty Brazilian dessert we offer is Creme de Papaia, which is a creamy papaya dessert served with Cassis liquor. We welcome you to visit us at Nelore Churrascaria, where our goal is to exceed your expectations every step of the way. Please join us tonight for an evening in Brazil!
