Paley is a new restaurant from hospitality group Plan Do See in the heart of Hollywood. Inspired by the classic gathering spots of old Hollywood, Paley reimagines that creative culture for the modern era with chef Greg Bernhardt’s menu of dynamic California cuisine influenced by LA’s multicultural heritage. Named in celebration of the artistic + innovative age shaped by legendary CBS CEO William S.Paley and his wife, Babe, Paley evokes Hollywood’s early radio roots and incorporates elements of the historic 1930s landmark building formerly home to CBS, with a distinctly contemporary edge. Paley is open for breakfast, lunch + dinner, with weekend brunch and outdoor seating available.
