Savor multiple cultural dining genres here at this expansive buffet located directly at Flamingo’s entrance to The LINQ. With two-story ceilings, plenty of natural light comes from large windows that directly overlook Flamingo’s Wildlife Habitat and its beautiful animals.

Hit the carving station or make-your-own nacho bar with all the fixings. Get quesadillas, French toast and crepes all made to order with your choice of toppings and fillings. The shrimp and crayfish bar is open beginning at breakfast and served all day, as is the indulgent dessert area. Much to the delight of diners all ages, it features take-home bags of cotton candy and a running chocolate fountain for dipping fruit and brownies.

Champagne brunch is served both Saturday and Sunday, with a full spread of breakfast and lunch favorites for whatever you’re in the mood for. And bonus! Add on the $9.99 all-you-can-drink beer, champagne, wine, Bloody Marys and mimosas. Holiday and special event weekends include themed buffet days, such as the Big Game, Memorial Day, Thanksgiving and Christmas.

Window seating is generally reserved for high level Total Rewards members but view seating is based on availability.
