Effie and Ygal have designed Parsley to thrive through volume. Their fresh-cooked food has a price point on shwarma wraps, bowls, salads and plates between $4.95 and $7.45. Kabobs and sides are similarly priced.
“We want people to feel like they can come everyday for authentic, Mediterranean flavors at a reasonable cost,” says Effie who is quick to point out the difference between gyro and shawarma. “Gyro is ground and processed meat that is simply reheated and served. Shawarma is real steak or chicken marinated by hand daily, and grilled fresh on a rotisserie, never frozen, or reheated.
