Pasta Mia offers guests the charm of a setting that seems far removed from the bustle of this city’s famous “Strip.” What’s more, the dining experience is as authentic and welcoming as being invited into the chef/owner’s home for a family-style feast. As the name suggests, Pastas are a specialty of the house, and you’ll know you came to the right place after sampling the Linguine with Fresh Mussels, Shrimp & Mushroom Fettuccine or Lasagna Bolognese. Still, other fine options include the Roasted Chicken Vesuvio, Salmon Menuiere and Orange Roughy Francese. Veal and Vegetarian dishes are also available, but whatever you do, save room for a slice of Pasta Mia’s own Cheesecake accompanied by a Café Espresso.
