Executive Chef Frederic Delaire introduces signature items like the Key West Fish Tacos, Citrus Seafood Pasta, Short Rib Grilled Cheese, zesty scallop ceviche, crisp kale salad and whole grilled Snapper dishes. Guests can enjoy traditional favorites with our very own twist and even the kids will be happy, thanks to our specially designed children’s menus. Coffee lovers will also enjoy locally roasted Panther French press coffee, with beans sourced from Bolivia, Colombia and Nicaragua.
