Owner and executive chef Aldo Blasi was born and raised in Rome, where his grandfather owned a restaurant on the Roman Forum. Like his grandfather, Aldo shows his dedication to quality ingredients in the core menu and the daily specials that take advantage of what is fresh in the market.
