Although the journey to The Heights Restaurant Row in Houston has been anything but savory and sweet, Chef Phillipe Harel has definitely found his “sweet” spot since the Salé-Sucré French Bistro’s opening in July of 2011. Though the road has had its twists and turns, Chef Phillipe Harel and his wife Béline have arrived at a very “savory” destination.
