Royal Durrat and Branzino from the Mediterranean; Red Snapper, Mussels and Black Sea Bass from the Atlantic; these fish and others are flown in daily and served fresh to our guests. The whole fish or filet is prepared simply, yet perfectly….gently brushed with extra virgin olive oil and grilled on an open fire then served with fresh lemon and extra virgin olive oil. We serve a variety of accompaniments including caramelized onion rice pilaf, potatoes drizzled with EVOO then sprinkled with sea salt and oregano and seasonal vegetables.
