Square Root centers on a contemporary kitchen, in which Chef Phillip Lopez’s modern techniques are the main attraction. The restaurant showcases a chef’s tasting menu of 12 to 15 small plate courses. In the open kitchen, diners experience the art of the meal from start to finish. The downstairs dining space features sweeping floor to ceiling windows, framing the interior, accented by stainless steel, concrete, wrought iron, natural woods, and Italian porcelain.
