Miami’s sweet new hot spot, Sugar Factory American Brasserie, is now open at the stylish Hotel Victor on Ocean Drive at the epicenter of South Beach’s celebrity and social scene. The 3,000-square-foot brasserie and retail store houses a luxuriously hip dining room and expansive 100-seat patio overlooking South Beach.
Sugar Factory Miami offers the brand’s renowned retail offerings, including the world-famous Couture Pops. Known for their celebrity appeal, Sugar Factory’s Couture Pops are sure to be a hit among Miami’s elite. Grab-and-go selections will include novelty and bulk candy, snow cones, gelato and ice cream sandwiches to enjoy along the boardwalk.
The menu at Sugar Factory Miami includes everything from pancakes and sweet and savory crepes to salads, burgers and pizzas, and is served throughout the day. Satiating desserts include the legendary King Kong Sundae, hot chocolate, frozen hot chocolate, decadent shakes, including the chocolate cookie jar shake, made with Oreo cookie crumbles, chocolate chips, caramel, vanilla ice cream and pure melted chocolate, topped with whipped cream and Oreo cookies.
The eatery’s premium cocktails mix sweet treats with spiked adult beverages, including Sugar Factory’s signature alcohol-infused smoking candy goblets, such as the Berry Bliss, a scintillating mix of strawberries, blueberries, raspberries and blackberries. The martini selections include the Sour Apple Lolly Martini, finished off with a Pop Rocks rim and lollipop in the glass; and the S’Mores Martini, a comforting combination of chocolate and marshmallows, garnished with a graham cracker rim.
