Inspired by traditional Vietnamese dishes, we leverage today’s more healthful ingredients (i.e. superfoods, msg-free, and gluten-free) to serve flavorful fare with nutrient-rich health benefits.
Our daily delivered produce is fresh, uncooked and unprocessed to preserve maximum nutrients while our dressings and sauces are made from scratch with zero trans fat. We even pickle our own veggies.
