Our menus change daily and are inspired by local farmers, ranchers and artisan food producers. The full bar sets the stage at Verbena and showcases an innovative wine list and craft cocktail offerings.
Designed in collaboration with Abueg Morris Architects, Verbena features an illuminated wooden pickle wall, a prominent set of wall art panels made from farm soil, black walnut live edge bar and counter tops, and custom pottery.
