At VILLAGE California Bistro and Wine Bar we feature California inspired cuisine focusing on the bounty of artisan quality seasonal ingredients right here in our own backyard from the Wine Country to the Central Valley and the Pacific waters surrounding the Northern California coast and Monterey Bay. Emphasizing freshness, quality of ingredients and classic cooking techniques our chef creates ever changing seasonal menus.
At Village we have one of the most eclectic wine list in the South Bay. We offer 400 full bottles and 80-90 half-bottles, 30 wines by the glass and more than NINE wine flights. We specialize in small production wineries (2000 cases or less) from around the world, with a focus on local California wines, including many rare and hard to find items. Our wine list has won the Wine Spectator Award of Excellence every year since 2005 and was selected as the Best Bistro Wine Menu for the Pacific West Coast Region by Sante Magazine in 2006.
