Wine Without Attitude. We know there are a lot of people out there just like us….fans of wine, but hate the BS that comes with it. We couldn’t find anything that catered to us, so we went out and started our own bar. We emphasize great music, great food and, of course, great wine. We have 13 wines on tap and another 3 dozen in the bottle, featuring local wineries.
We looked high and low and couldn’t find this social sanctuary, so we built it. In doing so, we had to ask ourselves, what do we know about wine? The response was simple, two things, 1) we like good quality wine and 2) we like to drink it, as opposed to sniffing, swirling, staring and describing it with funny words.
Located in the heart of Downtown San Jose, at the end of the restaurant district on San Pedro Square (corner of St. John), Vino Vino is the cure for the common wine bar. Our famous tap system pumps out 13 wines by the glass, all at the same price. We also feature over 30 in the bottle from local Santa Cruz Mountain and Santa Clara Valley Wineries, along with half a dozen local beers.
