Barbecue inside Binion’s. We have a unique blend of seasonings that is rubbed on to the meat to marinate. After 24 hours we we transfer them to the BBQ smoker for a few hours and let them cool off. The next day we steam and wrap them. Only to finish them off on the broiler. All this before it hits your plate. Can you imagine just how good these are??
