In a recent effort to re-imagine the food offerings of the dining room menu to the level of the drinks menu, 320 Main recently appointed Chef Jaime Carrano, who now brings a similar ethos to the kitchens of 320. An alumni of prestigious kitchens in Southern California including Bouchon Beverly Hills and Charlie Palmer at South Coast Plaza, as well as New York City’s acclaimed Aureole, Chef Carrano’s new menus feature a delicious offering of accessible American cuisine, utilizing classic French techniques and the freshest and finest of ingredients.
