Our beers pair nicely with each of our items and are often used as an ingredient. From our beer batter, to our one-of-a-kind Racer 5 buns made with spent grain from the Racer 5 brewing process, we love to cook with our beer.
Enjoy the locally produced artisan cheeses and charcuterie plates carefully crafted with unique ingredients, including goat cheese from a farm that uses our spent grain for feed.
