The unique indoor/outdoor restaurant is under direction of The Light Group’s Corporate Executive Chef Brian Massie and boasts a stylish and sophisticated interior design reflecting its light and fresh offerings. Bianca’s simple, yet savory cuisine includes signature dishes, such as char grilled octopus with aged balsamic vinegar and handmade pasta with seasonal truffles and cream and boasts Chef de Cuisine Luciano Sautto’s new menu additions including seafood squid ink tagliolini and seared swordfish. Bianca also features delectable selections from Umi Sushi & Sake Bar, including the new Big Eye Tuna Pizza and specialty rolls. Bianca is open for breakfast, lunch and dinner, seven days a week, and serves brunch on Sundays.
