Bier Garten, an indoor/outdoor eatery offering German-inspired food, microbrews and imported beers on tap in a relaxed beer garden setting will soon open in front of the Plaza Hotel & Casino. The Bier Garten will offer customers the perfect combination of sausages, beer and fun – complete with table games, like Ping-Pong, and live entertainment in a backyard setting boasting hundreds of plants and real grass. Customers can dine at the bar or relax outside in the Bier Garten’s backyard, designed to recreate the traditional European beer garden and be downtown Las Vegas’ new backyard. Overlooking Fremont Street, the Bier Garten will utilize picnic tables, real grass, trellises and greenery to create its backyard, beer garden experience. Unique to the venue will be downtown Las Vegas’ only living wall, a 400 sq. ft. vertical garden with more than 900 plants growing on the façade of the Plaza, making it the perfect backdrop for this new urban oasis.
