Bistro Aix is a chef-owned neighborhood restaurant. Named after Aix-en-Provence, a sun-drenched city in the South of France, we serve Mediterranean inspired dishes while purchasing the finest local ingredients from farmers and fishermen. Our wine list is carefully chosen and reflects our love of grower/producer, naturally made wines with an emphasis on France and handcrafted wines from California. We are also very proud of our Rosé selection, much like the people of Provence. Bistro Aix was remodeled in 2009. Our new California oak burning grill inspires us in our daily changing menu. The back dining room is now under a beautiful glass ceiling, perfect for our 82 year-old olive tree.
