History
Chef Kimmy Tang is one of the pioneers of Asian – Fusion cuisine, with a successful career which spans for over 30 years, with six restaurants under her belt from Beverly Hills to Sunset Boulevard and Greater Los Angeles, awards at numerous competitions including First Place at the Mitsuwa’s Kitchen Masters Competition. Bistro Mon Cheri is renowned chef Kimmy Tang’s newest creation. After Michelia in Beverly Hills and 9021PHO’s locations in Thousand Oaks, Glendale, Beverly Hills, Sherman Oaks and West Hollywood, chef Tang has opened this unique East – West Gastronomy restaurant in Pasadena.
