Boubouffe Grille is a unique restaurant specializing in foods from all around the Mediterranean Sea, with a California twist. The Sauces and Spices are from such regions as Southern Europe, Northern Africa and the Middle East; to create one-of-a kind dishes for our Guest to enjoy.
Wally Nasser the owner of Boubouffe grille wanted his grill to have an atmosphere of the Mediterranean Shore and wanted the influence of food to be a part of that atmosphere. By adding Mezze small plates to the Menu, Boubouffe truly brought varied, diverse and interesting Mezze dishes to Belmont shore.
Mezze are a selection of appetizers or small dishes often served with beverage, like anise-flavored liqueurs such as the Arak, Ouzo, Raki or different wines, similar to the tapas of Spain or finger foods.
